"Mommy, confuse it!" = Mommy, please, pause the show.
"I've got the make-ups." = I've got the hiccups.
"Big covers." = I want the comforter, not the blanket.
"Mom, it's the coffee shop." = said at any Starbucks sighting.
Best one yet, LB woke up in the middle of the night just to tell me that I was her "best fwend." Then she went right back to sleep....this needs no translation from me.

We are family of five who hang our hats somewhere in Texas; where everything is bigger. The cast: JB - aka Daddy and hubby extraordinaire! TB - aka Mommy and wify-poo (and blog moderator). The Boy (aka JB2) is our little man - wait, he's a teenager now! The Lady (aka LB) is the sporty-princess (nuff said)! The Little (aka Baby C) is the one who keeps us young!!

Hi Toni! Your translations are my favorite! Kids are so amusing and can certainly surprise you with their mischief (filling squirt guns with toilet water! Ew!) and their sweetness.
