Holiday Pictures

The holiday season is ending fast and so we will be returning back to our normal schedules of school and work. One event I have looked forward to the past eight years has been to take a "family" photo that would be used on our Christmas cards. Usually, that involved us staging something at home with a camera timer turned on and us counting down "3-2-1" while Daddy ran around to join us.....most years it was 5 minutes of pure chaos.....but some good memories just the same.
This year, we did something a little different. We booked a photo session with a local professional photographer (who is also a good family friend) to get some shots of the kids for our cards. A second goal was to get some good "belly" shots of me and Baby C for my collection.
So we dressed up in the proverbial white shirt and jeans with a change of formal attire tagging along for a quick change. I loaded us in the car and ventured to a nearby neighborhood trail. Since this was really just for the kids and the belly, Daddy decided to opt out of this session (big surprise, huh?). Anyway, here are some of my favorites.
This shot was totally not planned and it turned out to be one of my absolute favorites!!!
Baby girl just lost her front top tooth and so LOVES to stick that little tongue through the smiley hole it has made in her beautiful glow!
All I can say is, "Dreamy".

The photographer did an awesome job capturing their "best sides"!!
My sweet children already love to cuddle with Baby C! This baby has no idea of the love that awaits her.....

We have already booked this photographer for Baby C's newborn photos as well as a large family photo session for the entire B Family in the Spring.
