As I post on this last day of 2006, I am aware of how very blessed our family is.
We started off this year with a toddler and a baby as part of our family. We end this year with a "big" boy and a little girl. No longer are they babies. The kids are now best friends and each others biggest rivalries. Just yesterday, our little girl took one of our big boys trains and ran off with it, our little boy went screaming after her......it was such a nice thing to see them at this stage. They are true siblings!!!
I went back to work this year. It definitely has been a welcome challenge and one that has taken us a good 10 months to get used to. Because I went back to work, the kids started going to school. They love it and the teachers love them. So it's all goooooood.......
We have some hopes for 2007.
- We hope to stay healthy.
- We hope to be able to add some activity into our already busy schedules.
- We hope to stay challenged and productive in our careers and at school.
- We hope to spend more time with each other and our families.
- We hope to make new friends while nurturing our current relationships.
- We hope that the additions (babies) to our families and friends lives this year are healthy.
- We hope each one of us and those around us are able to count their many blessings.

We are family of five who hang our hats somewhere in Texas; where everything is bigger. The cast: JB - aka Daddy and hubby extraordinaire! TB - aka Mommy and wify-poo (and blog moderator). The Boy (aka JB2) is our little man - wait, he's a teenager now! The Lady (aka LB) is the sporty-princess (nuff said)! The Little (aka Baby C) is the one who keeps us young!!
